Whenever possible, we access the ceiling by removing roof tiles from the outside. This stops dirt and debris from being carried through your living rooms and bedrooms.

Ceiling vacuuming is the specialized removal of accumulated dust, rodent droppings, nesting materials, bird waste, and degraded insulation from your roof space using high-powered industrial HEPA-filter vacuums. This eliminates airborne allergens, parasites, and odours that seep into your living areas through light fixtures and ceiling joints.
Our preferred method of entry is from the outside by temporarily removing roof tiles. This allows us to haul all dirt, dust, and old insulation directly to our vehicles without carrying contaminants through your living rooms or bedrooms. We can also use internal trapdoors when necessary.
Yes! We offer a full 1-year guarantee on our rodent seal-up and exclusion work. If a rat regains access through an area we sealed, we return and reseal it at no extra charge.
Absolutely. We use a hospital-grade, SABS-tested and approved sanitising mist that neutralises bacteria, viruses, fungi, and rodent pheromone scent trails without leaving toxic residues.
We install premium blanket insulations such as IsoTherm and Knauf Earthwool. We do not use blow-in cellulose insulations because they can absorb water during roof leaks and collapse ceiling boards.
